Phase 3 — Post-Task Evaluation
The following instruments were administered immediately after the task:

| Erlangen Team Cohesion at Work Scale | Perceived team cohesion, including task and social cohesion dimensions. | |
| Leadership | Motivation to Lead (MTL) | Individual motivation to take on leadership roles. |
| Leadership Identity Scale | Degree to which participants identify themselves as a leader. | |
| Leadership Emergence Scale | Perceived emergence of a leader within the group during the task. | |
| Peer-based leadership assessment | Identification of who (if anyone) acted as a leader, and whether formal roles were assigned and impactful. | |
| Inclusion | Perceived Group Inclusion Scale | Feelings of belonging, respect, and ability to remain authentic within the team. |
| Accountability | Accountability Scale | Sense of personal responsibility and accountability for team outcomes. |
| Workload & Situation Awareness | NASA-TLX | Subjective workload across six dimensions: mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, and frustration. |
| SART (Situation Awareness Rating Technique) | Perceived complexity, variability, and instability of the situation. | |
| Task Experience | Enjoyment | Self-rated enjoyment for the overall task. |
| Emotion scale (per puzzle) | Affective responses experienced during each puzzle: stressed/neutral/calm. | |
| Team Dynamics scale (per puzzle) | Perceived quality of team interaction and coordination during each puzzle: negative/neutral/positive. | |
