Phase 3 — Post-Task Evaluation

The following instruments were administered immediately after the task:

Teamwork & Cohesion CATME-BARS Peer ratings on specific behavioral contributions across teamwork dimensions.
Erlangen Team Cohesion at Work Scale Perceived team cohesion, including task and social cohesion dimensions.
Leadership Motivation to Lead (MTL) Individual motivation to take on leadership roles.
Leadership Identity Scale Degree to which participants identify themselves as a leader.
Leadership Emergence Scale Perceived emergence of a leader within the group during the task.
Peer-based leadership assessment Identification of who (if anyone) acted as a leader, and whether formal roles were assigned and impactful.
Inclusion Perceived Group Inclusion Scale Feelings of belonging, respect, and ability to remain authentic within the team.
Accountability Accountability Scale Sense of personal responsibility and accountability for team outcomes.
Workload & Situation Awareness NASA-TLX Subjective workload across six dimensions: mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, and frustration.
SART (Situation Awareness Rating Technique) Perceived complexity, variability, and instability of the situation.
Task Experience Enjoyment Self-rated enjoyment for the overall task.
Emotion scale (per puzzle) Affective responses experienced during each puzzle: stressed/neutral/calm.
Team Dynamics scale (per puzzle) Perceived quality of team interaction and coordination during each puzzle: negative/neutral/positive.
Open comments & suggestions Free-text field for any additional feedback on the task or session experience.
